The global situation has led us to B.A.N.I. environments, which are brittle, anxious, non-linear and incomprehensible. Nowadays, things are not the way they used to be, which leads to high stress levels, affecting both our mental and physical health negatively.
Distressed and congested as they are, big cities will not let us to find the peace and the internal balance that we need feel happy and fulfilled both personally and professionally.
Because of the global health pandemic, due to COVID-19; uncontrolled migration waves; the energy crisis; and the war, our priorities as humankind changed, and now we want to regain control of our lives.
This is what Bráv is all about. A second chance in Costa Rica.

Why did we give it that name?
Everything is deeply related to what we have been talking about. The values on which this project was founded have to do with conservation, protection.
These values have to do with the conscious care of the mountain. And I would like to put this in context, because it is absolutely obvious to a visitor or foreign person, who sees Costa Rica as a paradise, or as a place where they can create their own personal paradise, that nature is the main attraction.

Contact us now. In Bráv, we have plots of land of different sizes, located at almost 200 metres above the sea level, but only 5 minutes away from Costanera Sur (the coastal road).
Overlooking the “Whale’s Tail”, these lots (shaded by trees) have a warm and pleasant climate as well as the fine scent of damp earth.
